Very samseng this guy aaa...For people like this, the law and rules should be reinforced. We follow the rules, but they (people like TOKONG Joseph Lim Guan Eng) do not. Lim Guan Eng is a person we can not be reasoned with. Surely, moderate and play safe is not a right approach. Be strict, have courage, and remind them the consequences of breaking rules, or messing with the Malays.
